We ate at Del's Restaurant. Most everyone had steak or hamburger but I got Mexican since we were in New Mexico I wanted to try their version. The bean burrito was awesome. It was real beans and not refried. Tasted fresh. 3 out of 5 gave it a thumbs down. I suggested Denney's but nobody wanted that. The place was on historic Route 66. Reminded me of Radiator Springs in Cars the Movie.
