We made it to the Best Western. We have 2 rooms and there is a pool. Tucumcari seems like a dying town kept alive by wary travelers. The kids are having fun swimming in the dark. Pool closes at 11 PM. There are lots of yellow bugs that are freaking out the kids. I've smashed a bunch. They crawl in when you open the door since it is to the outside.
