Fen's Fantastic Bracelet...

I finished bracelet #2. It's silver, neon green and glitter safety green. It was my 2nd attempt using these colors. My first one was an epic fail. I missed 6 rubber bands. Probably because I had to stop every time we saw a new license plate from a different state. We have 22 states so far. Most from semi trucks.
